Douglas  Shultz has over 10 years of financial experience which started at Wells Fargo where he worked for almost 8 years.  Douglas obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ashford University and has a Certificate in Financial Planning from Pepperdine University and is currently studying to take the CFP® examination. Douglas currently serves as the City Treasurer for Escondido, CA where he manages a 100 million dollar portfolio.

Douglas is an active member of Rotary and the Boy Scouts of America as a scout leader. He also served as a board member for the Escondido Education Foundation for 2 years. In his spare time Douglas enjoys surfing, movies and spending time with his family.

My first career was in the fire service. I rose to a management position and then was injured on the job and then retired. In reviewing my options, I asked myself what special skills I had to offer others in a work environment. Personal financial planning seemed like a great fit, so I became registered as an Investment Advisory Representative and began my new career giving general investment advice and planning and have been in the business for over 20 years.

I currently live in Valley Center on 2 1/2 acres which tends to keep me pretty busy. During my free time, I love to go to movies with my wife, read one of my favorite magazines and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country.

Jessica has a dynamic background in customer service and administration, bringing over 7 years of experience from various industries including small business and running her own non profit organization. Her previous experience is a perfect fit for Yorkshire Wealth Management as she understands how to offer the high quality of service you come to expect from a smaller, more personal business, while still being able to act with a sense of urgency to meet your needs in a professional manner.
In her free time Jessica enjoys photography, watching movies, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Before being in the financial industry Sean worked at some of the mostprestigious golf clubs including PGA West, Bighorn, and Eldorado Country Club. Sean learned at the feet of industry leaders about finance and what made them successful. Sean successfully passed his Series 7 in additon to being a Certified College Financial Specialist.
In addition to golf, Sean is a huge auto enthusiast. Sean loves going to car shows and being involved with others in the sports car and racing culture. Sean and hiswife Cassandra and moved back to Escondido in May 2016 after 4 years in Palm Desert.
